Unfortunately, critical data can be lost forever due to human error, equipment failure, or malware. While this doesn’t mean it will happen to your site, or that we lack confidence in our servers, it's essential to be prepared.
Backing up your data is a necessary process to ensure a quick and complete restoration in case of any emergency.
As projects grow day by day, the value of content and databases becomes incalculable. How can you assess the data accumulated over many years? Are you prepared to lose it all in an instant? Our experts strongly recommend protecting yourself from unexpected circumstances, such as data loss. Even RAID systems may not be sufficient to recover lost data.
We are ready to provide you with the most comfortable conditions for managing backups. Therefore, the servers that store your information are located in the same room as your project in our data center. The traffic between the servers is fast and remains within our internal network, positively impacting the speed of data copying.
We offer a flexible backup recovery scheme for all our customers, providing an FTP account with a predefined storage capacity. If you need more space during operations, you can immediately access it, and any changes in service costs will be reflected in your next payment. This approach allows you to decide independently what content needs to be backed up and how often backups should occur. You can restore the correct version of your data at any time.
All information will be automatically copied from the server, and backup recovery can be performed by your specialist. This method is ideal for those who are not ready to fully manage the backup process or take on the responsibility of professional backup recovery. Customers will independently monitor the backup process.
Organization of Remote or Local Backup
● Local Backup: This recovery service is provided to customers whose equipment is housed in our data center. To receive this service, the customer's equipment must be connected to the data center's customer service network.
● Remote Backup: One of the advantages of remote backup is that the equipment does not need to be located in the data center to back up resources outside of it.
The cost of this service is calculated based on packages, with prices depending on the volume of disk space allocated for data backup.
